I offer an intuitive practice working with all levels of experience, blending various modalities & styles of yoga, movement, breathing techniques, and meditation.

For me, yoga is about getting out of our heads & dropping down into our bodies. Connecting with our physical & our life force, moving stagnant energies through our bodies.

It’s not about perfection, it’s about embracing the present moment, exploring, and witnessing your inner journey. Join me and discover the power of feeling over thinking.

Private Group Classes

I offer private group classes in Ibiza, immersed in nature or in the comfort of your casa. A perfect way to start your day or to salute the sunset!

1:1’s

1:1 sessions allow me to work with you on a deeper, personal level, in order to reach your individual intentions and needs. I offer these online or in person.

Regular Group Practice

Build a regular practice and join my weekly Monday evening online class from wherever you are in the world, or if you are on the Island of Ibiza, you can join me in person.

Retreats

Join me in beautiful locations on retreat. Immerse yourself and connect deeper with your yoga practice & with yourself. My retreat teachings will take you on a true journey!
